Introduction

This report presents the findings of Risk Assessment conducted at the Transit Centers of Pavlohrad and Dnipro City, both of which provide support to evacuees from Donetska and Dnipropetrovska Oblasts. The Pavlohrad Transit Center (TC), opened in August 2024 and serves as a key Hub for displaced individuals, offering overnight accommodation for up to 100 people. Dnipro City TC, since September 2024, the center was established to provide temporary emergency support to evacuees prior to their onward transportation by train or relocation to their preferred destination.

The primary purpose of the assessment was to identify risks related to gender-based violence (GBV) and overall safety in these Transit Centers, and to recommend measures to mitigate those risks. The audit was carried out by GBV AoR staff utilizing the standardized GBV Risk Assessment Tool. The findings of this report will be presented and discussed at ICWG and GBV AoR forums for the necessary follow-up actions on the proposed recommendations.
