Standard Operating Procedures (SOP) for GBV AoR Partners’ Engagement in Transit Centers in Ukraine [EN/UK]

This SOP provides clear operational guidance for Gender-Based Violence Area of Responsibility (GBV AoR) partners engaged in Transit Centers (TCs) across Ukraine. It aims to standardize the implementation of GBV prevention and response interventions, enhance predictability of partner presence, and ensure coordinated, high-quality, and survivor-centered service delivery in line with humanitarian and national standards.

This guidance applies to all GBV AoR partners operating in or supporting TCs, coordinating with relevant authorities and inter-agency structures.
