Methodology
The study of access to community needs was conducted based on data collected and visualized through the Settlement Sustainability Assessment (SSA) Dashboard - an analytical tool that enables the evaluation of community resilience and the level of access to essential services. The SSA methodology combines quantitative and qualitative indicators, providing a comprehensive overview of infrastructure conditions, access to basic resources, demographic characteristics, and security factors in each community. The recovery of such communities is a complex and multifaceted process that requires clear organization and detailed analysis.
