Report on the implementation of humanitarian needs and response plans in Donetsk Oblast (November 2024 - June 2025)

Attachments

Work in Donetsk oblast began with cooperation with the International Organization for Migration in Ukraine to assess living conditions and the needs of the population, and to collect and analyze data on the mobility, vulnerability, and needs of displaced persons and returnees. The collection of Basic Needs plays a key role in coordinating volunteers, ensuring the effective delivery of humanitarian aid to those who need it most.

The team collects information to assess the population's needs for food, hygiene products, medical assistance, and other necessary resources in settlements in the Donetsk oblast and coordinates the distribution of aid. The result of this activity is an interactive map of delivered aid, which contains detailed information about each settlement, including the contact details of the responsible persons. This allows organizations to quickly assess the situation and coordinate their actions.
