- In July, the ETC installed a second VHF equipment kit at Kyiv’s Broadcasting, Radiocommunications & Television (BRT) TV tower and UNDSS premises, launching a secure communication channel for the UN Security Group and wardens, reinforcing coordination in high-risk zones.
- A new VHF remote site was activated in Velyka Oleksandrivka, significantly boosting secure communications between Mykolaiv and Zaporizhzhia. This expansion marks a critical step in enhancing safety and connectivity for frontline humanitarian responders.
- The ETC transitioned seven advanced satellite kits to a locally prioritized service plan, achieving reliable performance in the field and slashing operational costs by roughly 60% compared to the standard global package.
