INTRODUCTION

The Oblast Profiles draw from data collected during Rounds 13 and 15 of IOM Ukraine’s General Population Survey (GPS), with an emphasis on population demographics & displacement, durable solutions, shelter needs, access to government services, employment & income, and social cohesion. These granular insights, categorized by population group at the oblast level, aim to inform strategic, programmatic, and operational decision-making.

At a minimum, results presented here are representative at a 95 per cent confidence level and with a 12.2 per cent margin of error.

Any results with a higher margin of error are excluded (denoted as ‘-’). Results relating to the Inter-Agency Standing Committee (IASC) criteria measuring progress towards the achievement of durable solutions are shown for IDPs, where available. Where representative results for IDPs are not available, the results for returnees are shown.
