Shelter Cluster East Hub conducted monitoring missions of winterization heating assistance in Komyshuvaska Hromada, Petro-Mykhailivska Hromada in Zaporizka Oblast and Mirivska Hromada in Dnipropetrovksa Oblast during the week of March 9th. The aim of the monitoring mission was to monitor and develop lessons learned from the previous winter season, learn about the modalities of the assistance, and to observe how the unified cash transfer for utilities and solid fuel worked in practice by meeting beneficiaries of Shelter Cluster partners. During the monitoring mission, Shelter Cluster representatives were able to meet local authorities from Komyshuvaska and Petro-Mykhailivska Hromadas and the Dolynska Starostata of the Myrivska Hromada and 9 residents of the Petro-Mykhailivksa Hromada and 12 residents of the Myrivksa Hromada. The visit was facilitated by Shelter Cluster partners: Stabilization Support Services, Poshmishka, the Norwegian Refugee Council, ACTED, and Solidarités Internationales. Special thanks are extended to UNHCR for providing the logistical support to the mission
