SITUATIONAL OVERVIEW
The overall situation of the district remained Normal. However, disease incidences/prevalence under livestock sector and sorghum prices under livelihood sector presents Alarming situation that demands for an intervention. Crop sector is still normal, few vegetables are grown around water points, and dry sawing and land opening is on-going though still very minimal.The drought risk is low as the weather focus revealed that, there are chances of normal rain to continue up to the 1st week of March 2013 over the district of Abim.
