Attachments

Good Neighbors has reached over95,905individuals in both Türkiye and Syria since 7thof Feb, 2023 with 13 local partners*, including governments. GN Global Emergency Response Team deployed its third cohort to operate immediate emergency response during last 3months. They has operated various activities regardless of sectors: Food/Non Food items distribution, WASH, Protection, Shelter, Psychosocial support and Education activities.

In the initial phase of emergency response, Good Neighbors has prioritized the distribution of relief items and the provision of immediate shelters. Good Neighbors continues to assist those in need to recover their lives with dignity during the recovery phase.

UNOCHA and other international organizations estimate that a total of $1.4 billion** is required to satisfy the needs. However, there is still a significant funding disparity between what is required and what is received. There are still many individuals who require assistance. Therefore, Good Neighbors remains committed to providing appropriate assistance. Planned intervention focuses primarily on providing shelter, WASH, and cash based intervention however, PSS, health support, and gender-based violence are also pillars of support.
