Department of Disaster Prevention and Mitigation, Ministry of Interior, has reported on heavy rainfalls that caused major flooding in 4 provinces.

Department of Disaster Prevention and Mitigation, Ministry of Interior, informed the public on the heavy rainfalls causing major floods in 4 provinces, including Tak (Mae Sot district), Nakhon Ratchasima (Dan Khun Thot district), Uttaradit (Lap Lae), and Phrae (Long and Den Chai districts). However, while the situation in 3 provinces was already eased up, flooding in cultivated areas of Dan Khun Thot district, Nakhon Ratchasima province still has continued.

However, Department of Disaster Prevention and Mitigation had already sent state officials to the concerned areas in order to estimate the damages and assist the affected victims.
