Asia 41 Road in Chumphon province has been inundated by today's rain with the water level of 20-40 cm high. Although traffic is still allowed, commuters have been warned to drive cautiously.

Director of Highway Department Pramote Limpanarangsarid revealed that Asia 41 Road between 32nd-33rd kilometers has been ravaged by flashflood today (November 12th) at 9.45 am. Only one traffic lane is currently allowed, and commuters departing from Chumphon to Surat Thani or Bangkok have been advised to drive carefully. Despite the water level seemingly reducing, constant rainfall in the area still remains under concern.

Meanwhile, Route 40006 between Langsuan and Ranong was reportedly broken. However, the department has already installed a temporary bridge, and commuters have been allowed to pass with caution.
