On Tuesday, November 1, the Government of Japan decided to provide the aid worth up to 1 billion JPY (approximately 13 million USD) in order to support the victims of the floods in Thailand and for the recovery from the flood damage.

Currently large amount of river water are reaching the capital city of Bangkok, and flood damage is seen also in some parts of the city.
