Cambodia: 19 provinces among 24 provinces; most affected are Kampong Thom (KPT), Kratie (KRT) and Steung Treng (STG) provinces

Lao PDR:

Myanmar: 8 townships across three Magway, Mandalay, Sagaing regions of the Dry Zone; Magway Region worst affected. Not classified - assessments underway.

Philippines: over four million were affected by the typhoon that destroyed food crops, water systems and left over 727,000 people requiring assistance; government announced recovery phase

Viet Nam: As of Oct 20, Mekong floods are stagnating around Flood Alarm Level 3 and will remain so over the next five days. In addition, heavy rainfall over 100 to 200mm, with locally up to 300mm, has caused flooding and flash floods in a number of provinces in Central Viet Nam. NCHMF estimated a similar trend until early Nov.
