Highlights
• More than 300 freight cars bound for southern Khatlon Region have been stranded in Uzbekistan
territory since November 16, including 23 wagons with WFP humanitarian assistance. If railings do
not resume, a spike in the prices of food and other goods can be anticipated in the region.
