Adolescents and youth continued being aected by the degradation of the education and basic social services systems, lack of economic opportunities as well as populations movements and displacements which all contributed to increase their vulnerability.

Young people in Syria can play a key role in promoting tolerance and ensuring inter-generational knowledge transfer but require access to learning, skills, employment opportunities and spaces for social participation to enable them to become citizens and drive the economic and social development of Syria.
