This dashboard provides an overview of the activities of partners based inside Syria as reported in the sectors’ 4Ws working under the Syria HCT. At least 118 partners from across the UN, Goverment (GoS) agencies, SARC and non-governmental organizations (NGOs) have been able to reach millions of people in need of humanitarian assistance in many parts of Syria including besieged, militarily encircled and other hard to reach areas. An estimated 13.5 million people in need of emergency relief aid and/or other forms of humanitarian assistance were targeted through the 2016 Humanitarian Response Plan, including 6.3 million IDPs of whom more than 2 million are newly displaced, many more than once. The dashboard does not include information from the International Committee of the Red Cross (ICRC).
