HIGHLIGHTS

• The Aleppo Capitulation: SGF forces completed the total seizure of the Sheikh Maqsoud and Ashrafiyeh neighborhoods, ending 14 years of Kurdish autonomous control in the city and stripping the SDF of its primary urban leverage.

• Deir Hafer Militarization: Damascus declared the Deir Hafer-Maskana axis a "Closed Military Zone," deploying heavy armor from the 60th and 98th Divisions to the M15 highway in preparation for an offensive on the Euphrates bank.

• Humanitarian Corridor Crisis: Syrian state media and local monitors reported that the SDF blocked the Hamima humanitarian corridor with concrete barriers and warning fire, trapping hundreds of thousands of civilians in the path of the SGF advance.

• The "Israel Alliance" Declaration: As-Sweida’s religious leadership under Hikmat al-Hijri publicly aligned with Israel, branding the transitional government "ISIS-like" and seeking full independence for the Druze heartland.

• Compounding Environmental Crisis: A severe polar depression and intense storm front have caused widespread operational paralysis; flash flooding in the Akkar and Ghab Plains submerged over 6,200 dunams of farmland and 1,150 greenhouses, while heavy snowfall has blocked critical transit routes in the Western Qalamoun, Bloudan, and rural As-Sweida, isolating field teams and disrupting humanitarian supply chains.
