1.Operation Overview
- The next in-country Syria Logistics Cluster coordination meeting is scheduled for 14 January 2025 (11:00am – 12:00pm Syria local time). An invitation has been shared with partners. Minutes of the last coordination meeting held on 7 January 2025 are available here.
- The Syria Logistics Cluster has updated the ConOps to address logistics gaps and bottlenecks through coordination, information management and logistics services (limited temporary free-to-user storage services inside Syria).
- The Syria Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) outlining the Logistics Cluster services that will be made available to partners was published.
- Online Service Request Forms (SRF) and Release Order Forms (ROF) are now available to partners on the dedicated webpage. Partners can submit their requests through the below:

- The Syria Logistics Cluster LogIE page maintains the latest Physical Access Constraints (PAC) information mapping. A dedicated training is scheduled for partners to improve reporting via the platform. Further details will be shared via email for the below scheduled dates:

- Syria Logistics Cluster continues to facilitate transshipment of humanitarian cargo via Bab al-Hawa and Bab al-Salam border crossings. In 2024, a total of 808 humanitarian trucks crossed the borders from Türkiye to Syria. In December 2024 alone, the Logistics Cluster facilitated the border crossing of 298 trucks carrying 4,758 mt of humanitarian cargo via the three borders.
