SUMMARY
The escalation of hostilities in northwestern Syria has been rapidly developing since the night of November 26 and the morning of November 27. Shelling and airstrikes on the frontlines throughout Idleb and western Aleppo have escalated and turned into clashes and changes in areas of control between the conflicting parties. At least 14.000 people have been displaced in three days as a result of the 125 attacks reported in the area.
According to information provided by the Protection Cluster Sub District Focal Points, Atareb, Sarmin, Taftanz, Ariha, Saraqeb, Bennesh, Ehsem, Kafr Nobol were the subdistricts of expulsion; while Dana, Harim, Salquin, Maaret Tasrim, Jisr Ash Shogor, Darkosh, Armanaz, Idleb, jandiris In Idleb Governorate; and Afrin and Azaz in Northern Aleppo, became the main reception subdistricts for IDPs.
