Syria Cross-border Humanitarian Fund: 2024 Cumulative Dashboard - End of Year

Attachments

In 2025, northwest Syria remains one the areas in greatest need of humanitarian assistance, with over 4.2 million people in need of aid. The region continues to face significant challenges, including ongoing insecurity, displacement, and economic instability, exacerbating the already dire humanitarian situation.

Over the last 10 years, having allocated more than one billion dollars, the SCHF has enabled humanitarian organizations to deliver aid across the Turkish-Syrian border into northwest Syria, ensuring that food, healthcare, water, shelter, and education and protection services reach vulnerable populations. The SCHF cumulative dashboard precedes the SCHF Annual Report, illustrating how funds were utilized during 2024 (separate dashboards for the individual allocations are available here: 2024 First Standard Allocation, 2024 First Reserve Allocation)

In 2024 SCHF disbursed $66.1 million to 45 partners in 3 districts, assisting 1.8 million people in need.

As we enter 2025 with significant challenges and opportunities ahead, SCHF remains instrumental in sustaining life-saving relief activities across Idleb and Aleppo Governorates. While transition to a unified coordination structure inside Syria takes place in the coming months, continued support for the Syria Cross-Border Humanitarian Fund will be essential to addressing the urgent needs of millions of Syrians, offering a lifeline to those suffering in one of the world’s most complex humanitarian crises.
