A comprehensive assessment of how viable cash and voucher assistance in Northwest Syria. The study was commissioned by IOM, on behalf of the CWG and the broader CVA community of practice. The assessment looks at the appropriateness of CVA n relation to the context, needs, markets, capacities, risks, practices, partnerships and donor funding, and provides some recommendations.
