Viet Nam donates 10,000 USD to Sudanese flood victims

Jakarta, Oct. 2 (VNA) - The Viet Nam Red Cross has granted 10,000 USD to help the Sudanese people overcomer the aftermath of a flood. The aid was handed over to Sudanese Ambassador to Indonesia Siddig Yousif Abu-Agla, who is also Ambassador to Viet Nam, by the Vietnamese Charge d'Affairs in Indonesia, Le Van Doan, on Thursday. The Sudanese diplomat expressed his government and people's thanks to the Vietnamese Government and people. He said Sudan and Viet Nam are witnessing new development in cooperation with this humantarian aid being a vivid manifestation. Ambassador Abu-Agla also expressed his hope for the development of the two countries' friendship and cooperation in all domains, especially in finance and trade.
