The Spokesperson of the Government delegation to the Doha talks, Al Sartai Jaafar AbdalHakim, confirmed that the next round of talks will witness the participation of active parties in the Darfur issue, with Chad topping the list. AlSarti said in a press statement, that Chad participation will push the negotiations forward, considering the Justice and Equality Movement, JEM, is present in Chad, and is morally and financially supported by the country. The Chadian presidential delegation headed by its Foreign Minister, Mussa Feki, continues negotiations in Khartoum with Sudanese officials. Earlier, the two sides had agreed to stop hostilities and implement the previously signed Peace agreements.
