Background
Due to recent conflict on the border of North and South Darfur, new displacements were reported in the areas of Shangil Tobayi and Negeha. Distributions of essential items from the NFI Common Pipeline were completed by Oxfam-America on 18 November; however, Oxfam-America has identified a further 120 households in need of support.
