1. Who are we?

The IFRC Sudan Country Office currently has a country representative, programme coordinator, communications delegate, finance development delegate, programme assistant, logistics/admin officer, accountant, account assistant, a driver and messenger. The office receives additional technical support from the IFRC East Africa and Indian Ocean Islands Regional Representation Office as well as the Africa Zone Office in disaster management, health and care, water and sanitation, finance and administration, communications as well as planning, monitoring, evaluation and reporting (PMER).

2. Who are our stakeholders?

The Sudan IFRC Secretariat in-country team has a role in representation, facilitation and coordination, with the SRCS remaining the main stakeholder of the assistance. Through our role we work closely with SRCS to reach out to their key stake holders including target communities and direct beneficiaries of their humanitarian services as well as partners (Movement and non-Movement) supporting their work.
