HIGHLIGHTS

• Humanitarian Coordinators for Sudan and South Sudan encouraged the Governments of Sudan and South Sudan to implement fully the “four freedoms agreement”.

• HAC estimates there are some 134,000 people newly displaced in Adila and Abu Karinka localities in East Darfur. They remain inaccessible due to restrictions on movement.

• Increased criminality throughout Darfur during the last week has affected both humanitarian activities and commercial traffic.

• Humanitarian organisations continue to distribute emergency assistance to people affected by the floods across Sudan
