• HAC reports that close to 6,700 people fled their homes in eastern South Kordofan over the past week following clashes between Government security forces and SPLM-N.

• An estimated 105,000 people in North Darfur who were displaced since February 2014 have returned to their areas of origin by 21 April 2014, according to HAC, local authorities and aid agencies.

• An estimated 224,000 people who fled their homes in North and South Darfur since February 2014 remain displaced.

• According to UNHCR, by 15 April, an estimated 63,400 people have arrived in Sudan from South Sudan.
