OVERVIEW
This snapshot presents findings from consultations led by the HCT’s Sudan Women’s Advisory Group with 45 local women-led organizations, community-based responders, and Emergency Response Rooms from Khartoum, South Kordofan, and Al Jazirah (July 2025), together with the latest GiHA Working Group survey of 63 women led organizations across Sudan. While the 63 women led organizations responses reflect small and medium-sized organizations, collectively they represent thousands of women and girls served in return areas, offering a robust picture of conditions faced by women returnees countrywide.
