Between 13 and 14 April 2025, DTM field teams reported that between 60,000 and 80,000 households were displaced from Zamzam IDP camp. These figures represent approximately 70 per cent of total displaced households previously recorded at Zamzam IDP camp as of 12 March 2025.

As of 17 April 2025, DTM field teams have recorded the arrival of approximately 66,405 households (332,025 individuals) across localities in North Darfur and Central Darfur. IDPs were primarily displaced to locations within North Darfur and Central Darfur. Within North Darfur, DTM field teams recorded displaced households arriving to locations within Al Fasher locality (30,060 households), as well as to locations across Tawila (36,187 households) and Dar As Salam (61 households) localities. Within Central Darfur, IDPs from Zamzam reportedly arrived at locations across Wasat Jabal Marah (37 households), Um Dukhun (23 households), Azum (19 households), and Gharb Jabal Marrah (18 households) localities.
