DTM Sudan received preliminary information that approximately 153 households were displaced from Um Rawaba town of Um Rawaba locality, North Kordofan on 4 December 2024. The displacement occurred due to increased security concerns across the locality. Field teams reported that households were primarily displaced to other locations within Um Rawaba locality. The situation remains tense and unpredictable. DTM will continue to monitor the developments closely and will provide regular updates on displacement and population mobility across Sudan.
