On 29 May 2025, DTM field teams estimated that 1,821 households were displaced from Dibebat town in Al Quoz locality, South Kordofan due to clashes between the Sudanese Armed Forces (SAF) and the Rapid Support Forces (RSF). Households were primarily displaced to other locations across Al Quoz locality, while others were displaced to Abu Zabad and As Salam localities in West Kordofan. The situation remains tense and highly fluid. DTM will continue to monitor the developments closely and will provide further information on displacement and population mobility across Sudan.
