On 11 and 12 February 2025, field teams estimated that approximately 10,000 households were displaced from Zamzam IDP Camp of Al Fasher locality, North Darfur due to intensified clashes between the Sudanese Armed Forces (SAF), Juba Peace Agreement Forces (JPA Forces), and Rapid Support Forces (RSF). Field teams reported that households were displaced to other locations within Al Fasher and Dar As Salam localities, North Darfur.
Additionally, between 13 and 15 February 2025, an estimated 1,544 households were displaced from various villages across Dar As Salam locality, North Darfur. The displacement reportedly occurred due to heightened insecurity across the locality. Households were reportedly displaced from Marjoga, Koma, Um Goz, Shataeya, Um Dull, Hillat Sanosi, Demika, Kargayat Ahmed, Kargayat Nimishi, Habina, Adama, Sbala Kolang Ghareb, Abu Goron, Hillat Abdulrasol, and Karballa villages to other locations within Dar As Salam locality, North Darfur.
