Sri Lanka: Dr. N. S. Moorthy provides funds to build dormitory for the children at Gandhi Nilayam (boy's home) in Kilinochchi

The home for boys called "Gandhi Nilayam" is one of the children homes being administered and looked after by Tamils Rehabilitation Organisation at Jeyanthinakar in Kilinochchi. Dormitory facility for the boys living there was a long felt need. "White Pigeon" organisation functioning in London came forward to provide funds for the construction of this dormitory. Dr N S Moorthy, the director of White Pigeon, London paid a visit to the construction site on 22-06-05 at 10.30am and donated the first instalment of funds. Mr Rasu Ravi, the Director for children home received the donation cheque. Dr N S Moorthy in his speech explained the money donated comes from the Diaspora community living in London. He further said that the children affected by decades long war and natural disasters would no doubt benefit thanks to the generosity of our people living in London.

Laying Of Oundation Stone To Put Up A Dormitory For The Children Home "Bharathy Illam" At Mulliyavalai

Dr N S Moorthy, the Director of White Pigeon, London laid today 22-06-05 the foundation stone for the construction of a dormitory for the children home called "Bharathy Illam" at Mulliyavalai. This construction is financed by the White Pigeon organisation in London and the required funds had already been donated by its director Dr N S Moorthy.
