  1. All implementing partners must immediately pause activities and expenditures
  2. Stop work orders and suspension notices are forthcoming from COs/AOs
  3. Prime recipients are responsible for ensuring sub-recipient compliance
  4. Review will be completed within 85 days (by April 18, 2025)
  5. After review, programs will either: 1. Resume
    1. Be modified
    2. Be terminated
  6. Cost adjustments will be negotiated for impact of suspension
