Highlights:

1,800 children under 5 were screened for malnutrition at entry points in Greater Bahr el Ghazal.
Of those screened, 485 (27%) were malnourished: 150 suffered from severe wasting (SAM) while 335 suffered from moderate wasting (MAM).

An estimated 40,405 individuals (returnees, refugees, community members) were provided with safe drinking water in Renk, Upper Nile.
The support and operation of the water treatment and emergency surface water treatment (SWAT) system in Renk town, Abu-khadara, Geger, Molbog, and Romella, are being supported by UNICEF.

3,116 returnees/refugee children were enrolled in the host community schools in Renk, Kodok and Malakal accessing the different education programmes.

Another 216 returnees and refugee children participated in the basic English Classes in the Renk Transit Centre-2.
