This report provides key findings and recommendations of joint assessment to conflict affected population in Nyang and Toch North payams in Gogrial East County. The assessment was organized by different organizations both national and international playing part in various humanitarian response in the county. The team was drawn from food security cluster, nutrition and health cluster. The assessment team was accompanied by county Relief, Rehabilitation Commission and line ministries representatives from ministry of Agriculture and health. The assessment was conducted from 12 th to 14 th May 2021. The main focus of the assessment was to respond to the immediate needs of the IDPs for intervention that settled in various villages of Malualkuel, Mangol, Halajak and Awut wut due to attacks by armed youths from Unity State-Mayom County on 04 th May 2021 that resulted into the death of 15 people (11 civilians and 04 soldiers) 13 people wounded and 05 children including 3 boys and 02 girls went missing.
