The purpose of the mission was to complete a Nutrition and WASH rapid needs assessment to determine the level of acute malnutrition among children 6-59 months, pregnant and lactating women, and WASH needs of internally displaced populations (IDPs) in Leer town, and to explore feasibility of a response based on identified needs.
