Attachments

RESPONSE:

490,000 IDPs reached with WASH services out of 500,000 IDPs targeted in CRP; over 1 million conflict affected people reached with WASH services overall

Responding in up to 50 sites in seven states

40 WASH partners responding

Water Supply: Known achievement of SPHERE standards in 10 locations

Sanitation: Known achievement of SPHERE standards in 6 locations; keeping up the rate of latrine construction to match the rate of latrine decommissioning amidst efforts to increase sanitation coverage is making it increasingly hard to improve SPHERE standards

Other activities: Construction of bathing facilities, hygiene promotion, distribution of hygiene kits and WASH NFIs, vector control activities and solid waste management activities all ongoing in various sites according to context and stage of response

Major scale up of cholera response activities is underway across Juba; more information is detailed in the MOH daily cholera response updates
