Download Infographic Partners reported an increase in obstacles to the movement of aid road convoys and flights, including illegal taxation on the transport of supplies and detention of aid workers. These have limited movement of aid supplies along several key roads, increasing reliance on air assets and hampering the pre-positioning before the rains.
