Overview

Between 8 and 2 3 November 2025, a total of 160 community feedback responses were collected . Thematic areas raised by communities were most frequently related to Humanitarian Assistance, followed by concerns in Food Security and Livelihoods (FSL), Health, Nutrition, WASH, Protection, SNFIs, and CCCM. While requests and complaints were dominant, th ere were also appreciations, suggestions, and a few rumours. Negative feedback primarily focused on insufficient food rations, delays in cash distribution, lack of non -food items, inadequate healthcare services, overcrowded shelters, and sanitation concern s. Communities highlighted unmet needs such as blankets, mosquito nets, transport support, and proper medical treatment, and raised issues regarding expired or inadequate peanut rations, grinding costs for maize, and delays in relocation processes . Positive feedback included gratitude for WFP cash assistance, high -energy biscuits, and peanut distributions, as well as radios provided by CEN and WFP.
