• Preparations for the rainy season are largely on track, with seven of nine humanitar- ian supply pipelines reaching more than 50 per cent of their annual targets in the first quarter of 2013.

• Pre-positioning of seeds and tools for 90,000 people in Jonglei State is completed, but livelihoods partners continue to face funding shortfalls.

• Around 800 returnees in Rum- bek, Lakes State have left the way station after two years and moved to permanent homes on land provided by the State Government.
