In the past few days, heavy rainfall continued to hit the KwaZulu-Natal province, eastern South Africa, causing further flood events.
According to media, in the past two months, more than 20 people have died due to floods across the aforementioned province. Moreover, more than 3,600 families were relocated, and 2,224 houses were destroyed, with thousands still awaiting temporary shelter.
For the next 24 hours, cloudy skies and drier conditions are expected over the interested province.
