CCCM cluster partners conducted an IDP site verification exercise in Belet Weyne in April 2025 led by the local authority HCRI, AFDAN , COOPI , DAN , DRC , HINNA , HIWA , HRO , HWDFC , JUBA FONDATION , LARDO , MRDO , MUDRO , NRC , UNHCR and WARDI.
75 IDP sites were identified hosting 8,411 households or 48,863 individuals.
Compared to the last site verification conducted in August 2024, there was an increase of 1,173 Households, an increase of 5,609 individuals. The number of sites increased by 3.
