To monitor progress towards durable solutions, the Danwadaag Consortium has collaborated with the Displacement Tracking Matrix (DTM) team to implement Data for Solutions activities since 2023. This includes support to the government's Durable Solutions Progress (DSP) Survey and other activities to support in monitoring solutions and local integration, and inform programming. The aim of generating evidence on solutions is to support the progress of IDPs and returnees towards (re)integration and enable them to be more self-reliant and less dependent on humanitarian aid through government-led, community-based durable solutions processes, sustainable basic service provision, inclusive livelihoods approaches, and strengthened land tenure security.
Danwadaag's Local (Re)Integration Assessment (LORA) is a project monitoring rool which has been implemented since 2019. In 2024, it was adapted and taken to scale to become the national DSP Survey.
