Highlight this Month: SC Training
SAACID has engaged SOS Children’s Villages to provide external quality assurance in preparation for the opening of SAACID’s Stabilization Centre next month. From 17-21 February, eighteen managerial and technical SAACID staff attended a 5-day theoretical and practical training on the treatment of SAM children with medical complications, conducted by SOS at their medical facility in Heliwaa District of Mogadishu. The training was successfully completed, and SOS will continue to provide critical review during the establishment of SC operations.
