Interoperable Aggregated CFM Model in Somalia

Attachments

There is a high demand from Humanitarian Country Team PDAD Task Team members for a coordinated system that serves as an aggregator, developed by building on existing and proposed CFMs through technical standards and structured referral linkages, even involving the clusters, and enabling the production of common analysis for decision making. This system should bring together the feedback
evidence from and benefit all agencies and clusters to better manage and resolve community feedback. Thus, it should be an Inter-agency, inter-cluster system that is followed and used by all humanitarian entities and stakeholders. The response-wide aggregator system is much broader than any CFM or feedback channel. So, all the CFMs like central call-center, Zite Manager platform, Talk to Loop platform and agency level CFMs are integrated under one broader CFM model having one Aggregated Central Repository for Complaints/Feedback. Individual CFMs, that are integrated into the common system, should meet agreed standards concerning quality, reliability and inclusivity, or should be on a demonstrated timebound trajectory to do so.
