The HARBS Emergency Response Programme is a unique collaborative effort delivered by the Building Resilient Communities in Somalia (BRCiS) Consortium. This comprehensive drought response aims to address the dire humanitarian situation in Somalia, which is exacerbated by conflict and political instability. Uniquely, the project is funded by three donors - British Embassy Mogadishu, the United States Agency for International Development (USAID), and the Qatar Fund for Development (QFFD) - who all contributed to its design. Through this project, the BRCiS Consortium, while contributing to addressing the immediate needs of rural and urban poor communities in 25 districts in Somalia.
