Since the activation of the MEHRD Emergency Operation Centre, the operations team continues to liaising with the Provincial Education Provider Offices for Choiseul, Western, Isabel and Guadalcanal Provinces. The MEHRD EOC team have prioritised communications for Western and Choiseul through phone calls, emails and WhatApps to get situational update from these provinces. As of today, the Education Provider Teams from Western Province are deployed to affected areas identified during the ISO phase.

- Made contacts with Education Providers teams on the ground and updating information of schools reported during the ISO.
- NDOC Education Sector Committee convened a meeting today with NGOs and Donor Partners to provide update on the current intervention and give opportunity for partners to provide information of possible support they can provide.
- MEHRD EOC team continues to consolidate impact data for coming in from teams on the ground.
- Communication between MEHRD EOC and ALL Education Provider Offices is still active.
