Urgent damage assessment, aid to flood-stricken areas

Preljina, 7 March 2016 – Prime Minister Aleksandar Vucic visited Preljina today after the news that this town near Cacak has been flooded and a number of people evacuated, and said that the aid will be sent to the damaged households.

Vucic visited the most critical places and announced that the Serbian government will hold an extraordinary session tomorrow and send aid to the most vulnerable areas.

We have to solve this problem quickly and meet the needs of every household, the Prime Minister underlined.

As soon as tomorrow, the municipal commissions, together with the commissions of the Serbian government will start making assessments of the damage and sending aid.
