The Principal Deputy Special Representative of the Secretary-General, Mr Jock Covey, said after the meeting that the Council discussed in a "very professional, open and cooperative" manner draft rules "that will be useful in our work in the future". Mr. Covey said the Council also discussed the 14 departments that will make up the new joint administrative structure.
